Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Non-Refundable Services:
All services provided by Titan Digital Empire—including consultation sessions and content creation—are non-refundable once initiated. By signing up, you acknowledge that your purchase secures a dedicated team and our professional expertise, and thus refunds will not be issued.
Subscription and Project Model:
Whether you opt for our ongoing subscription services or a one-time project package, please note that our services are rendered with immediate effect based on the agreed brief. We commit our resources to your project as soon as you sign up, which means that even if your needs change, refunds cannot be issued.
Service Commitment:
Our team delivers strategic consultations and creative deliverables tailored to your business objectives. While we strive to meet your expectations, our services do not guarantee specific outcomes such as increased engagement or sales, as many factors are beyond our control.

2. Consultation Services

Consultation Sessions:
All consultation sessions are designed to provide strategic guidance and actionable insights. Once a consultation session is booked and conducted, the fee for that session is non-refundable.
Scheduling and Cancellations:
Appointments can be rescheduled when notified in advance. However, last-minute cancellations or no-shows will not qualify for a refund, as reserved time cannot be reallocated at short notice.
Scope of Advice:
The advice and strategies provided during consultations are based on the information available at the time. We do not guarantee that these strategies will lead to desired business results.

3. Content Creation and Digital Deliverables

Creative Process and Revisions:
You are paying for a creative process that involves custom briefs, iterations, and feedback. If the initial deliverables do not meet your requirements, we are happy to work with you on revisions. However, once deliverables are approved, further changes are not possible, and refunds will not be provided.
Timely Approvals:
Approval of content is considered final. We encourage careful review and timely feedback. Once approved, content is deemed accepted and non-refundable.

4. Cancellation and Subscription Renewal

Ongoing Subscriptions:
For clients enrolled in our subscription services, you may cancel at any time through your Client Portal by selecting “Manage Subscription.” Cancellation will prevent future billing; however, fees for the current billing cycle are non-refundable as services for that period have already commenced.
One-Time Projects:
For one-time or project-based services, once production has begun based on your brief, the service fee is non-refundable.
Renewal Policy:
All subscription services are subject to automatic monthly billing. Once renewed, the fee for that period is non-refundable, and you agree to accept all deliverables produced during that cycle.

5. Technical Issues and Third-Party Platforms

Content vs. Technical Execution:
Titan Digital Empire provides expert content creation and strategic consultation. Any technical issues related to third-party platforms (such as scheduling, publishing, or social media integrations) are considered separate from our services. We will work diligently to advise and assist in resolving such issues, but refunds will not be issued for problems beyond our direct control.

5. Technical Issues and Third-Party Platforms

Credit Card and Payment Disputes:
By engaging our services, you agree not to dispute payments that fall within the terms of this policy. In the event of a credit card dispute, all work delivered under the agreement may be revoked or deleted, and you may be invoiced for the disputed amount plus any applicable fees.
Invoice for Disputes:
If a dispute is resolved in your favor despite our clearly stated policies, you will receive an invoice for the disputed amount along with any additional fees incurred. Non-payment of the invoice may result in further collection actions.

7. Misuse and Policy Violations

Blackmail and Coercion:
Titan Digital Empire does not tolerate any attempts to circumvent or bypass this refund policy through blackmail, threats, or coercion (including leveraging negative reviews for refunds). Any such behavior may lead to immediate termination of services and potential legal action.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with these policies, designed to maintain a fair and transparent relationship while ensuring the highest quality of service.
